First of all, I'm using my iPhone to post this entry while lying on the bed, and playing with my kids (tickle-tickle as Princess called this game) so please excuse any typo error - this particular reason is more than enough for me to love this piece of gadget.
Other bonuses are: I use my iPhone to read and quick reply to my emails - too easy to do that from our kitchen up to our parking area specially after I changed our Wireless AP to Apple Airport Extreme N-Draft - the range and speed of my wireless is really amazing.
To catch up with my favorite websites after a busy day I usually subscribe to RSS and read them thru Google Reader easily which is perfectly optimized to iPhone.
Driving going to my work for almost 2 hours a day; iPod part of my iPhone is always my companion while listening to tech podcasts and audio books - no wasted time while stuck even in traffic.
Schedules, reminders and alarms are also very important to keep my life sync.
Oh yes, the 2Mb camera of my iPhone never let me down whenever I want to capture a moment.
Similarly, the built in Notepad and Erica's Voice Notes are always there every time crazy idea pops-up in my head - to capture it and later see where it fit in my getting complicated life puzzle.
I can reboot our servers, back it up, execute commands - do all controls thru SSH, anytime, anywhere.
What else? Hmmm, picture albums in my pocket - all those memories readily available for my viewing pleasure and to show it to my friends.
Endless third party native apps and web apps I'm enjoying like ebook reader and many more.
And last but not the least, I usually had difficulty in sleeping early - but because maybe of the screen size of iPhone - after using this for half an hour while lying on the bed - I'm becoming sleepy - just like now.
Time for me to sleep - thanks iPhone.

A true fan
Sandro, its so great to see you using Apple products and truly enjoying and appreciating their value in your busy life. These days I spend so little time fixing my Apple computers that sometimes I get bored! Actually I love the way they work and since switching to Macs about 6 years ago I haven't regretted a single day. Productivity is at an all time high and I'm loving the new OS 10.5.
Thanks again my friend for the wonderful gift of the iPhone, I also use it for so many things and appreciate its value in my technical life.
Mac life
Tanc, that iPhone is not totally a gift, hehehe – you worked for it Dude and you really deserved it. By the way, did they pay you already in complete? I’m still waiting for mine and hopefully they will give it before Macworld Expo 2008, hehehe.
Thanks for introducing Mac to us – since I started using Mac – using Windows becomes so difficult.
I’m a Linux evangelist and since Mac is very near to Linux; ok, better than Linux, hehehe – I’m now also evangelizing Mac specially to those people that can afford to spend extra couple of hundreds of dollars – in my opinion really worthed from the time you will save and the productivity you will gain using Mac.
I just hope, Apple will try to embrace Open Source in the future or at least be more open and of course continue to innovate as always and I think we will have better and exciting Mac-life to come :)
